The Long:

There's a lot going on in this movie and it's a shame that so much of it was really bad. The comedic parts in the film were pretty funny, but, it's too bad that's not the only thing that makes the movie. The visual effects and the sound behind this Avengers movie was particularly phenomenal in respect to how much was being shown. It made viewers like myself with little to no knowledge of the visual effects industry realize just how much work they had put into it. It really makes you take a step back and realize just how much passion they put into the movie. And it all comes together in the last 45~ minutes of the movie in a big end-of-series fight. Pretty amazing stuff. Except for the Captain Marvel parts.

First, the plot was overall pretty basic. But, then again, most superhero movies are just action flicks with weak plots and fun shit. No reasonable person can expect the Da Vinci Code from The Avengers. However, to resolve everything that happened in Infinity War with a simple time travel mechanic is kind of lazy, although, it did allow for a pretty cool ode to the rest of the movies over the last decade. I wish they had less of the hour long part of the Avengers wallowing in their own pain to either shorten the movie or to include more fighting. That was my second biggest problem to the movie.

Second, the characters got fucked with too hard. Why did Hawkeye go on this killing spree? He knows they vanished, since he's Hawkeye, there's no way they would have gotten kidnapped or something without him knowing. He had to have known his family vanished. It  made no sense to me how he would go on this vigilante spree before searching for his friends, The Avengers and specifically Black Widow, to solve the issue. Sure, it explored his character more, but, they should have made a Black Widow & Hawkeye movie instead of the politically charge Captain Marvel. Trying to fit more into both of their characters by giving them their own little pieces of the final movie makes literally no sense, since they were counted as Avengers since the beginning, but, ended up getting no movie at all. It made no fuckin' sense.

Black Widow dies. Great, there goes any future movie about her, or if they do release one, it would have to be one of her before End Game. Movies about a hero's past aren't nearly as interesting since you know how they turn out later, anyway. Instead of giving the core amazing female cast of the Avengers more movies, they decide to go with a fucking plank that can do everything with the power of femininity! Absolutely absurd.

Thor. So, is this in the name of inclusion or in the name of nerfing the strongest Avenger so that the dumb sparkling light of the most idiotic feminist movement in human history gets to show off that she's the strongest now? I could see it both ways, hell, even both. Look, the fact of the matter is Thor got nerfed to the fucking ground for some reason, and none of those reasons being good ones. The strongest Avenger for a decade gets out done by some dumb bitch that can't act with powers so exaggerated from the source material that she's turned into something unrecognizable. Some sort of off-breed of feminist dumb fucks and Marvel writers.

Hulk has done nothing in Infinity War, so let's give him a supporting role in Endgame as well! Great idea! I have nothing to say to this other than they went the wrong fucking direction with Hulk completely. He's a rage beast. He has been beaten up and to a pulp before in his own movie and in Thor: Ragnarok, but a couple punches and a throw from Thanos and he's a little fucking pussy for the rest of his life, huh? That's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Glad to see he's just as fucking useless in Endgame even though he has his powers back.

Captain Marvel is a disgrace. The problem with Captain Marvel was because she was only thrown into the MCU as a political piece, and there's evidence. The first piece of evidence being that the MCU already had a female character that was on par with Thor, the Scarlet Witch. However, she doesn't get her own movie. Why? Oh, who fucking knows. What about a power woman that knows that she can be sexy, confident, and powerful? Oh wait, we have one of those too, Black Widow. Or, had rather. But there goes that one. How about a bad bitch that knows she doesn't have to live up to any man if that's something more feminist you wanna go for? Sure, Valkyrie. They literally had women for everything that Captain Marvel was supposed to play, all of them better actors, more fleshed out characters, and had been a part of the MCU for longer than Brie Larson's hideous rendition of a decent Marvel character. One of the popular arguments is "But none of those women got their own movie!" Ok... so instead of a Captain Marvel movie... it should have been one with one of the heroines listed. Captain Marvel didn't bring anything new to the game, and the people pretending she has are the people ruining every piece of enjoyment to the entertainment industry. Not only was she just an annoying bitch in her movie and in Endgame, but her acting is just fucking awful. I could act as well as her with no acting experience. All the other characters learned how to act as a team, meanwhile, you have Carol Dumbfuck over here trying to kill Thanos herself because she knows she has the power of feminism on her side and no man can beat her in this dumb fuckery of an atmosphere, but then she comes down by herself in the last fight for one last big fuck you. She has zero character, she's a bitch, can't teamwork, acting terrible, no unique personality traits that didn't already exist, and offers nothing to the MCU framework. Her involvement was only a political piece. And you know it's a problem when there were audible moans at her arrival in the last fight in the theater. The little get together during the last fight with all the women would have been fine, in my opinion, if it just didn't have Captain Marvel in it. I liked every other character that got into that line up other than Captain Marvel. Fucking garbage character, garbage execution, for a garbage agenda.

So there's my review. 7/10 movie. Only reason it's that high is because it was wrapping up a legacy, the VFX, the SFX, and Captain America catching Thor's hammer.
